When is my RSVP due?

June 1st! This is the final date to reserve your room and ensure you recieve the group’s discounted rates.

Do I need to pay for this trip all-at-once?

No! The initial deposit for your room (50%) is due June 1st.

After submitting your deposit, you are able to make an account and apply any number of payments that you wish leading up to the final balance due-date (August 15th , 2025).

Do I need a passport?

Yes! If you do not have a valid passport, we recommend getting one ASAP. This can be a slow-process and will cost extra to expedite if you wait too long!

What does “all-inclusive” mean?

All-inclsuive means your room-accomodation, meals, drinks, room-service, entertainment & activites are all accounted for in the price of your stay, eliminating the need for extra spending.

Is my flight included in my booking?

No. Flight dates, times and airlines is up to each guest!

Transporation to/from the airport may be added-on to your reservation via our booking website, or booked through an outside provider.

What airport should I fly into? How far away is the airport from the resort?

Cancun International Airport (CUN). This airport is 33 miles from the resort, or approximately 42 minutes.

What time is check-in?

Guests may check-in to their room at 3PM ET.

If you arrive early you are welcome to leave your bags with the front-desk staff and familiarize yourself with the resort. We recommend grabbing some lunch or strolling the beach.

What time is check-out?

12PM.

Can I arrive early?

We request that our guests stay November 8th-12th. You may extend your stay to the 13th enjoying the same great rates we negotiated for our group.

You can arrive as early as November 6th, although Jeff & Taylor will be busy planning & preparing the wedding festivites.

Is there a dress-code?

Yes, a few of the resort’s restaurants require semi-formal wear.

We request that our guests wear white during the welcome party.

Wedding attire is semi-formal. Gentlemen in White Button-up Shirts with Tan Slacks, Ladies in Blue Dresses.

Are kids allowed?

No, Secrets Moxche is an adult-only resort.

What ammenities does the resort have to offer?

10 international-themed restuarants, 7 bars/lounges, a nightclub, cafe & coffee shop.

Full service spa, fitness center, 7 outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, gift shops & newsstands.

Complimentary wifi throughout.

What activites/entertainment can I expect?

We will be hosting a welcome party and boat day at no additional cost to you. The resort is also full of activites including volleyball, dancing, pool-games, nightly entertainment at the theatre & more.

Excursions can be booked through the resort for an additional fee including golfing, ATV-tours, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, tours of the mayan-ruins, and more!
